To the editor:
Re "Iran's Nuclear Stockpile Grows, Complicating Negotiations," there's an obvious explanation. Iran is just making sure it will be able to continue to cheat after the P5+1 signs a deal crossing all our red lines. The disclosure doesn't "complicate negotiations;" it's merely an embarrassment for the Obama administration as it rushes towards signing an agreement regardless of how far short it falls from what our president formerly insisted were minimum requirements.
All the more reason why Congress must carefully and objectively scrutinize the impending agreement when brought to it for approval.
