Salmon Burgers

Ingredients

1 can salmon(14.75 oz)
1 egg slightly beaten
1/2 cup each: chopped onions
finely chopped green peppers
fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon rosemary(crushed)
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Drain salmon and flake. Combine ingredirnts and mix well. Form into 4 or 5 patties.
Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned on both sides.
Serve on toasted hamburger buns. Top with favorite condiments.

4 to 5 servings
