Don't cry for me
As I am gone
Don't lay awake
In the early dawn

With thoughts of grief
Or pity felt
About my life
Or ailing health

I've not gone far
Although from sight
I'm just beyond
Like the day from night

I'm with you still
In the strangest way
I feel your will
All through the day

The bond we shared
And the ways we cared
Are symbols of
Undying love

Be strong in life
And do not fold
Don't let it be said
You just got old

And when you think
You can't go on
That life has made you
Tattered and torn

That's the time
To think of me

You'll feel me with you
