Broiling Fish

Spray cooking oil on aluminum covered broiler pan and Place salmon steak on it

Add onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika

Spray on more cooking oil

Turn steak over and repeat above

Add bread crumbs

Broil about 10 minutes

Turn over, add more bread crumbs and broil for about 10 more minutes

EAT!!!
