Mahmoud Abbas' announcement that the Palestinian Authority will no longer consider itself obligated under the Oslo agreements is rather underwhelming, given that the PA has never adhered to its basic obligations, particularly its ignored obligations to end incitement, abandon terrorism and settle all disagreements through negotiations rather than violence.
