Dear Editor:

As far as it went, the review of Farha (December 2) fairly accurately described the Netflix film, but omitted the crucial information that the content of the film bears no resemblance to any events that took place during the war launched by five Arab armies with the intent of destroying the reborn Jewish state of Israel.

Farha is not a brutal coming-of-age story; rather, it is a hateful, anti-Israel, antisemitic propaganda film worthy of Joseph Goebbels' minions. The review itself is a brutal parody of responsible journalism.

Sincerely,

Alan Stein

The Comedian: United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

Speaking to a reporter at the United Nations headquarters, Ban Ki-moon, apparently with a straight face, said: "I don't think there is discrimination against Israel at the United Nations."
