To the editor:

The most realistic point in the Jodi Rudoren and Majd Al Waheidi article, "Red Cross Offers Workshops in International Law to Hamas" was "Skeptics may question the utility of teaching humanitarian law to a guerrilla force that the United States and the European Union classify as a terrorist organization."

The most likely outcome of the Red Cross workshops for terrorists who revel in committing atrocities is they will learn new ways to score propaganda victories as they murder Israeli civilians.

The next time Hamas is ready to launch another war, some of the blood will run International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent red.

Sincerely,

Alan Stein

The Comedian: United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon

Speaking to a reporter at the United Nations headquarters, Ban Ki-moon, apparently with a straight face, said: "I don't think there is discrimination against Israel at the United Nations."
